I recently enjoyed my stay here where the friendly staff welcomed me with warm cookies upon arrival, and I loved the fact that I was just a few steps from the stunning Vancouver Lookout and the historic Steam Clock, making my weekend explorations so convenient.

Staff were friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. The location is excellent, just a short walk from key attractions, making it ideal for sightseeing.

Security concerns were troubling. valet services didn’t prevent our car break-in. The mixed-up parking charges during check-out added to a frustrating experience.

The restaurant served excellent food, but I noticed that prices in Vancouver are generally high. A minor inconvenience was the noise. I could hear some street sounds and hallway conversations, which was a bit distracting at times. Parking was tricky after a few confusing turns in the garage. Overall, the hotel is in a fantastic location close to waterfront attractions and dining spots, making it easy to explore. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Vancouver!
