perfect for city strolls with nearby parks and attractions
I recently enjoyed my stay here where the friendly staff welcomed me with warm cookies upon arrival, and I loved the fact that I was just a few steps from the stunning Vancouver Lookout and the historic Steam Clock, making my weekend explorations so convenient.

Good intentions, flawed execution
Staff were friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. The location is excellent, just a short walk from key attractions, making it ideal for sightseeing.
Security concerns were troubling. valet services didn’t prevent our car break-in. The mixed-up parking charges during check-out added to a frustrating experience.

Can't recommend highly enough for a quick break
Comfortable room, friendly staff, offering great amenities like in-room breakfast and a fitness center, with a convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the waterfront for easy exploring.

great staff , but minor seating issues
The staff were very friendly , creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The suite we stayed in was spacious with a nice bathroom, making it comfortable for my family's needs. We enjoyed the stunning city view from our room, which added a special touch.
More senior-friendly seating in common areas would be beneficial.

We had a fantastic time during our group vacation! The location is perfect, with Stanley Park and amazing art galleries just a short walk away. The staff was super friendly and the room was spacious. The breakfast in the lounge was a nice touch too.
We were charged for early check-in, which felt unnecessary since our rooms were ready. They stored our luggage, but it was a little frustrating.

I just spent a peaceful weekend at Delta and loved the cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel. The lobby felt welcoming with warm colors and elegant decor. My room was a Deluxe Suite with a king bed and sofa bed, super clean and recently updated. It had a nice city view, and I really enjoyed the comfortable furnishings. The bed was exceptionally comfy, but the sofa bed didn’t offer the same comfort. All staff members were friendly and attentive, really enhancing my stay. The restaurant served excellent food, but I noticed that prices in Vancouver are generally high. A minor inconvenience was the noise. I could hear some street sounds and hallway conversations, which was a bit distracting at times. Parking was tricky after a few confusing turns in the garage. Overall, the hotel is in a fantastic location close to waterfront attractions and dining spots, making it easy to explore. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Vancouver!

missingWrote a review on Aug 10spacious suitecozy atmosphereconfusing entrance
The suite on a high floor offered a decent view, spacious enough for relaxing after a day out. The layout felt more like a cozy apartment, allowing my group to stretch out comfortably.
Finding the entrance to this place is an adventure. After a long drive, having to stop and ask directions felt unnecessary, especially since parking options were confusing. Plus, the lobby's overpowering scent was a bit much—something more subtle would have made for a better welcome. On top of that, check-in delays were frustrating during peak times, and the offered 'complimentary upgrade' came with a surprising cost, making the whole experience feel like a bait-and-switch. Lastly, be careful with the credit card hold. it lingers longer than you'd expect.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a great touch. They had a relaxing pool area and a well-maintained gym that I really enjoyed. The only downside was that the elevator was a bit slow, but it didn't spoil my stay at all! 😊

The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which made my stay enjoyable. The suite was spacious and comfortable, allowing for easy movement. The staff were exceptionally helpful in making my visit stress-free, which is something I really appreciated during my short trip for sightseeing. I would have liked to see a bit more in terms of room amenities, like proper glassware instead of paper cups, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
